Sellable integrates with Google Calendar (via our service provider, Nylas) to enable AI-powered scheduling of property viewings. When you connect your Google account, we access the following data:

• Calendar events (read): We read your existing calendar events solely to determine your real-time availability and prevent double-bookings when scheduling property viewings.
• Calendar events (write): We create new calendar events on your behalf when a prospective buyer or tenant confirms a viewing appointment.

Your Google Calendar data is used exclusively for this scheduling functionality. We do not sell, share with data brokers, use for advertising, or repurpose your calendar data for any reason unrelated to property viewing scheduling.

You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your Sellable dashboard settings. Upon disconnection, we delete your stored calendar access credentials.

Sellable's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
